D&S is a family owned and operated precision manufacturing company. Dave Pierce founded D&S in 1980 and has worked side by side with his family from the beginning. What started in a small shop in Westminster has grown to a bustling business with almost 15,000 square feet of shop space in Anaheim CA. At D&S, we believe that our employees are our most important asset, some have been with the company for over 30 years. Quality, Honesty and Integrity in business are at the core of our company’s principles. We value our relationships and approach our business relationships with a genuine interest to be the best supplier possible. We treat our employees like family, and truly believe that the workplace should be like a second family.

With more than 25 machines, our capabilities range from the lightest aluminum to the toughest titanium and we take pride in using the most up to date technology and practices to manufacture to even the tightest of customer tolerances. A combination of manual, digital and automated inspection tools provides our Quality department with the ability to test a myriad of dimensions with accuracy. Over the past 30 years, we have established relationships with several local vendors and are able to outsource multiple special processes. Here at D&S, our growth is consistent. We take pride in creating quality parts and delivering them by their due dates.
